Ukrainian sent grandmother photos from New York to show what capitalism is

The story of how the series of these wonderful shots appeared was very simple and cordial. About 20 years ago, Ukrainian Anton Trofimov flew to New York. He planned to stay here for a while, but in the end remained for good. Anton’s grandmother, who was born in the Russian Empire in 1911 and lived in Kiev, did not want to hear about the USSR and everything that related to it. In order to somehow please and entertain the old woman, Trofimov decided to send her postcards - photographs of New York, taken by himself, which, according to the guy, “illustrated” capitalism in the best way.
