They say that happiness cannot be measured, that such units of measure are unknown to mankind, and science, as far as is known, has not yet invented a device that could determine the level of happiness. But still, every year we can learn about the amount and volume of happiness in different countries from a unique rating-report of the index of happiness called the World Happiness Report. The experts making up this unusual rating, in their calculations take into account many different factors relating to the lives of ordinary citizens of the states presented in their report.
