Posters and tube televisions: what were the rooms of American teenagers in the 1980s

Remember how teenagers were obsessed with posters in the 1990s? Every month, youth magazines were specially bought, where there was always a poster. They were collected, lovingly attached to the wall with needles. This had to be done very carefully so as not to damage the photo of the beloved star. However, such a love for musicians was not only among Russian children, but also among Americans. True, it began with them earlier, about a decade. But in general, everything was the same: in the 1980s, US teenagers hung up their favorite artists and dreamed of getting to their concert. Surprisingly, the rooms on the other side of the globe are not much different from the rooms of Russian teenagers. Favorite stars, tape recorders and lamp TVs ... And against their background - cheerful youth who laughs and does what they love. And only inscriptions in another language treacherously betray that this is a completely different country.
