The man-diver was so attracted to the diver by something that they sailed to make friends

Manatees are charming and completely harmless giants living in shallow water. They are aquatic herbivores and spend most of the day in sleep or eating. These creatures for their unhurried lifestyle, huge size and vegetarian preferences are also called sea cows. Manatees weigh up to 600 kilograms, and their body length averages about 3 meters.

Photos were taken by Ellen Cuylaerts at Crystal River Florida National Wildlife Refuge. The river of the same name here is like a magnet for manatees. It is shallow, warm, very clean and serene. No wonder these wondrous animals have chosen her.

According to the photographer, their group was warned that the manatees would stay away from people, but they liked the girl diver by the name of Margot so much that they wanted to swim with her and even allowed themselves to be stroked. The girl herself did not expect this and at first she was even scared when the giants began to approach her, but soon their charm dispelled all fear.
