Experienced tourists talked about punctures that can be avoided by following simple tips.

A person is constantly in continuous motion, this is exactly what accompanies him from time immemorial. But if initially the key travel goals were to search for better living conditions, establish economic contacts with different countries, open new lands, etc., now completely different tasks have been added to them. First of all, trips help us to relax, build up strength, get inspiration, recharge with impressions and learn new things. At the same time, no matter how often you travel, no one is safe from troubles. But, fortunately, any problems can be solved, and many can be completely avoided. Therefore, in order for your adventures to bring you only positive emotions, we decided to tell you about several important tips of experienced tourists who, from our own experience, were convinced of where punctures are most often possible and realized how to insure against them.

Before you book your hotel, check the area with Google Maps. So you will see what the hotel really looks like, what infrastructure is nearby, where there are public transport stops and how far to the main attractions. And the route you compiled in advance is better to save in order to be able to use it later offline.

Look for hotel mentions on social media using geotags or a name. So you can see real photos of rooms and territories, as well as find out many nuances of accommodation. For example, that free internet is available only in the lobby, and for sunbeds by the pool you will require a separate fee. Or, on the contrary, you will be able to find many hidden advantages: that there is a water thermometer in the bathroom and each visitor is temporarily provided with a mobile phone with a local SIM card.

To avoid headaches about the insufficient number of towels or doubts about their cleanliness, bring a special microfiber towel with you. It is lightweight, takes up very little space and dries instantly.

Check with the administrator all the important points for you. So, if you are very tall, then when traveling to Asia it will not be superfluous to know the height of the ceilings, if you have a stroller, find out about the availability of the elevator and its size.

Never forget about outlets. After all, there are 15 different types of them, and not all hotels have a universal adapter. Sometimes there may be a problem with a lack of outlets, especially in older hotels. And by the way, modern TVs have a USB input, so you can also charge the phone from them when all the outlets are busy.

Look at your bathroom photos just as carefully. For example, sometimes the bathroom can be separated from the room with transparent glass, which means that this number is not suitable for couples with children. Shared bathrooms and toilets can be located between rooms and have several entrances, so you should close more than one door. And do not forget, it happens that hot water is included only at certain hours.

During check-in, check your room carefully: your outlets or air conditioning may not work, and the bathtub may leak seriously. This room also has hidden cameras. As a rule, the administration puts them above the bed, next to the safe and in the bathroom.

Always follow safety precautions. Before you go on a trip, make photocopies of your passport, tickets and other important documents so that you can then take only copies with you for walks and keep the originals in a safe or a safe place. Never tell taxi drivers what room you stayed at and how much you arrived. Preliminarily look on the Internet for information about exactly what dangers can await a tourist in the place where you are going. If your hotel does not inspire confidence in you, close the door with a latch at night or support it with a chair. Do not leave valuables in the safe unless the hotel administration guarantees their safety.

Carry a pocket phrasebook with you. Find out the addresses and phone numbers of the embassy as well as emergency services. Take a picture of the hotel and its address on the phone to make it easier to explain to the taxi driver where you need to.

Do not miss the opportunity to save. So, some cafes can reward you with a discount, a cup of coffee or a free dish for some services: write a review on the social network, repost, translate the menu, throw out the garbage bucket and more. However, never buy tickets anywhere with your hands, it is better to book them through the hotel. There are countries where, for a nominal fee, you can collect fresh vegetables, fruits or flowers directly from the fields.
